Employee Record Management System In Python

Project Description

In this Employee Record Management System in python, we have covered all main aspects like adding new employee and manage them. Keeping track of all their records like salary, attendance, salary structure, department, and many others things.

Here we have 2 types of users: admin, and Front Desk Executive. All have different access privileges i.e. each module is not for every user. Some modules are kept hidden from particular user. Like Front Desk Executive can’t access department page.

Modules of Employee Record Management System in Python

1. Department Module: In this module we will keep record of all departments. Operation we can perform on this module are save, update and delete. We can also view all departments’ information at once.
2. Designation Module: In this we manage all designations along with its department. Like department module here we can also update and delete any record. And introduce new one.
3. Pay Heads Module: Here we introduce new pay head along with their calculating criteria. Also tell whether it is flat amount or formula generated amount. Like others we can also update or delete this.
4. Salaries Module: Here we manage salaries of each designation by adding appropriate pay heads to it. When we give salaries to employees it will automatically get calculated.
5. Employees Module: We can add/update/ delete employees here. Along with other information of employee we also give department, designation and salary. Also keep picture of employee along with proof id.
6. Attendance Module: Here user can mark all or department wise attendance of employees
7. Monthly Salaries: Here user can we calculated salary of employee according to his designation and attendance. Also give receipt of salary slip.
8. User module: We can add users here. Also they can be updated and get deleted.
9. Change Password: User can change his password by given old password.
