Details of Project Modules

User Module:- In this module users will be able to signup and login into the Online Courier Management Project website. Users can request courier pickup from his home. Users can also search for branches & agents of courier companies. Users can also send messages and feedback to courier companies.

Admin Module:- In this module admin can add state, city, area for courier service. Admin will have to add cost for a courier from one state to another according to courier type. Admin will also add branches in every state. While adding a branch of courier company admin will allot username& password. Admin will also view feedback & messages sent by users. Admin will also be to update & delete the information added.

Branch Module:- In this module branch will log in with help of username and password allocated to them by admin. The branch will be able to add agents in various areas of their cities. The branch will also make an entry in the system of couriers booked by various agents. The branch will also be able to view pick-up requests made by users. They can also update agents. They will also add the status of every courier received and sent by them.

Agent Module:- In this module branches will log in with help of username and password allocated to them by branch. The agent will be able to see the courier booked by them. They will also earn a commission for every courier booked. They can see how much commission they have earned till now.
